If you have insurance Cruise Care and plans go wrong or you need to interrupt your cruise vacation (for specific reasons), you can relax because they will receive a certificate for a future cruise up to 75% of what pay less the cost of insurance. If your cancellation is death and disease in the first degree of consanguinity will receive 100% on a check less the cost of insurance.

| Nota: Los clientes deben cancelar su crucero antes de la salida y debe solicitar un reembolso a través de su agencia de viajes para ser elegible al reembolso en efectivo o créditos futuros cruceros, según corresponda. Créditos expirará un año después de la fecha de emisión, no son transferibles. El certificado no tienen valor en efectivo y, si se aplica a una reserva de menor valor, no dará lugar a un reembolso en efectivo de cualquier diferencia.
